Can I have my orders delivered on the same day?
For same day delivery or urgent order, please contact us at +65 8938 9686 to check the availability. However, it is recommended to place the order 3 days in advance so that we are able to source the best flowers for you.
How much is the delivery fee?
We offer free standard delivery (within 4 hours) with minimum purchase of S$80 except for places under Tuas, Pasir Ris, Jurong, Woodlands, Yishun, Bedok & Changi area will have to top up S$5 for the delivery fee and S$10 for Sentosa area
Delivery fee for orders below $80:
Standard delivery: S$10
Tuas, Pasir Ris, Jurong, Woodlands, Yishun, Bedok & Changi area: S$15
Sentosa area: S$20
Where do you deliver to?
We only deliver to areas within mainland Singapore. We also do not deliver to Restricted Areas as we are not able to enter the premises. At certain premises, we may not be able to access the compounds/buildings due to the security policy. In these instances, we will contact the sender for further instructions. We seek your kind understanding,
What if there is no one to receive the delivery?
It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that there is someone to receive the flowers at the delivery address. If there is no one to receive the flowers, the sender may opt to leave the flowers with the reception or outside the door of the delivery address. In order to meet our commitment to deliver all orders within the day, our courier can only wait a maximum of 10 mins per delivery. After which, our admin team will inform the buyer via email and he/she may choose to pay an additional $10 for re-delivery at a later time or opt for self collection at Wen's Floral Studio's premises
Note: Wen's Floral Studio will not be responsible for flowers that is left outside the door or with the reception onwards.
What payment methods do you accept?
We encourage payment via PayNow/PayLah!/Bank transfer. Other payment methods of WeChat Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Master and American Express are also available.
