Any orders confirmed constitutes an agreement between Wen’s Floral Studio and the purchaser, and are subject to the terms and conditions as follows:
1. Refund Policy
a. There will be no refund/cancellation once order placed.
b. For change of pick-up/delivery date, do inform us at least 1 week ahead. No rescheduling of pick-up/delivery date will be accepted if fail to do so. * Note: Not applicable for pre-order items*
c. Change of pick-up/delivery date is not acceptable for fresh flowers pre-order.
2. Wen’s Floral Studio will not be liable for damages to the flowers or arrangements once the order has been delivered and acknowledged by the recipient or by proxy to the confirmed delivery address.
3. All Purchases made via www.wensfloral.com are strictly non-exchangeable.
4. Wen’s Floral Studio reserves the rights to decline any purchase made by any individual or corporation.
5. Wen’s Floral Studio is, under no circumstances, obliged to furnish photos of the finished product(s) to the purchaser. This is especially so during peak periods (e.g. Valentines). All due quality checks will be conducted to Ensure quality and aesthetics of bouquets. Requests for photos of finished product(s) will be considered on a case by case basis.
6. Wen’s Floral Studio reserves the rights to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification.
