I do not see anything within the selection that I like?

Can I have my orders delivered on the same day?
For same-day delivery or urgent orders, please contact us at +65 8938 9686 to check for availability. However, it is recommended to place the order 3 days (Certain designs 1 week) in advance so that we are able to source the best flowers for you.
DELIVERY
How much is the delivery fee?
$15 per location per order.
Where do you deliver to?
We only deliver to areas within mainland Singapore, except restricted areas. At certain premises, we may not be able to access the compounds/buildings due to the security policy. In these instances, we will contact the sender for further instructions. We seek your kind understanding,
What if there is no one to receive the delivery?
It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the flowers at the delivery address. If there is no one to receive the flowers, our courier will leave the flowers with the reception or outside the door of the delivery address in order to meet our commitment to deliver all orders within the day.
Note: Wen's Floral Studio will not be responsible for flowers that are left outside the door or with the reception onwards.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We encourage payment via PayNow/PayLah!. Other payment methods of WeChat Pay, UnionPay, Visa, and Master are also available.
